In summary, we believe that our agreement in lieu of forfeiture forecloses <br />the issue of bond sufficiency until such time as either forfeiture mechanism <br />in the agreement is triggered. This will initially occur on January 15, <br />1992. At that time we will immediately pursue legal remedies to resolve any <br />insufficiency of bond as allowed by Colorado Rule 3.04.2(6). <br />Please contact me if you care to discuss this matter further. <br />Steven G.
