(General Shale) is respectfully submitting a technical revision and fee <br />for a weed control plan for Lariat Mine. <br />General Shale will utilize a contractor to spray the weeds. The contractor will be asked to use <br />herbicides that are not toxic to humans or animals. The herbicide used will depend on which <br />weeds are present. The mines will be sprayed on an as needed basis and /or every other year if <br />there weeds are present. If necessary the weeds will be mowed prior to the application of the <br />herbicide.
