As a result of the information presented by Mid-Continent <br /> Resources during that conference, I requested that Dan Mathews review the Coal <br /> Basin Mine inspection reports completed since the completion of the Rock <br /> Tunnel . I then continued the assessment conference until 1 :30 pm, Tuesday, <br /> January 7, 1991 , in order to allow Dan to complete his review. <br /> I reconvened the assessment conference as scheduled in our offices. As a <br /> result of Dan' s investigation, I have finalized my opinion regarding the <br /> disposition of NOV C-91-018. I am recommending to you that this notice of <br /> violation be vacated, for the reasons presented in the attached narrative <br /> justification.
