Set-up and maintenance <br /> begun on equipment in preparation for start-up of cleaning. <br /> 2/10/89 Cleaning begun on Pond #1. <br /> 2/15/89 Discussion with Jim Stevens of M.L.R.D. re. progress <br /> on pond cleaning. Jim requested subsequent order of <br /> cleaning: Pond #3, then #2. <br /> 2/22/89 M.L.R.D. advised Mid-Continent NOV was being issued. <br /> M.L.R.D. requested that straw bales be put in ditch upstream <br /> of ponds to reduce sediment load. <br /> 2/23/89 W.Q.C.D. on site.
