These worksheets were developed by the technical staff in the <br />Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement's (OSM) Western support <br />Center and by Michael Superfesky of the Morgantown Field Office. The <br />Albuquerque Field Office combined these various worksheets into the cost estimate <br />dated November 9, 1993, that was sent to you. <br />These worksheets are stamped draft. As you are aware, the cost estimate dated <br />November 9, 1993, was based on the best available information to OSM's <br />technical team and_should not be considered OSM's final cost estimate.
