Colorado Division of Highways, now Colorado Department of <br />Transportation , has been released as of the September 28, 2012 Division approval for the succession of operators. <br />Lincoln County is now the permitted operator of the Enderson Pit, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit <br />No. M- 1979 -111, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />The transfer of this permit does not result in the transfer of any other permit or license, with this Division, the State, or <br />Federal Agency, which might be associated with this operation. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael A.
