Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On -site <br />N - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br />N - Processing Waste N - Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />A partial inspection of the site was conducted by Janet Binns, Dan Hernandez and Leigh Simmons of CDRMS. <br />The weather was fine and dry, with some high cloud, although some rain fell during the week preceding the <br />inspection. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, <br />4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water <br />Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer <br />Zones 4.05.18: <br />Pond 8 was mostly dry, but held a few puddles. <br />Pond 9A was dry. <br />Pond 9 held a small pool of water; the level was well below priman- discharge elevation. <br />All ditches and culverts observed were in good shape. <br />The north side of parcel E -1 requires gully repair. <br />A gully has opened up on the north side of parcel N -1 (see photo 2) which will need repair. <br />There were signs of a gully starting on parcel E -2. <br />Previously filled gullies on the north facing slope of parcel C -I need to be seeded and protected with straw- wattles. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />The mine ID is clearly visible at the point of public access to the mine site, but it should be updated to show the <br />new address and phone number (photo 1). <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br />None <br />OTHER (SPECIFY) <br />NA <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
