<br /> 2. The permittee in exercising the privileces granted by this permit shall Comply with all Cpplicoble
<br /> Stcte and Federal Iaws, Executive Orders, and Federal rules cnd regu!otions.
<br /> 3. The permittee shall cart only such timber as necessary in clearing for rood cor.st,-uction, reconstruc-
<br /> tion, cnd maintenance. Timber so cut shcll, unless otherwise agreed to, be cut into lots of !en iths speci-
<br /> fied by t;,e F-.rest Service cnd decked clong the road for disposal by the Forest Service.
<br /> 4. The permittee shall do everything recsoncbly within his power to prevent forest fires, cnd wil! not
<br /> disoose of i:,aterial by burning in oven fires during the closed season established by low or recuiation
<br /> without a written permit from the Forest Service.
<br /> 5. The permittee shall fully repair all damage, other than ordinary wear and tear, to Notional Forest
<br /> roots end trails caused by the permittee in exercise of the privileges granted by this permit.
<br /> 6. No member of or Delegate to Congress or Resident Commissioner.shall be cdmitted to any share or
<br /> part of this agreement or to any benefit that may arise herefrom unless it is made with a corporation for its
<br /> general benefit.
