A cement storage silo and truck loadout. <br /> THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE <br /> COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY <br /> CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (25-7-101 et seq.), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND <br /> CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE <br /> FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. All process equipment shall be totally enclosed during operation. No <br /> ventilation of process area is allowed without a revision to this permit. <br /> 2. Cement storage silo shall be equiped with a fabric filter vent control . <br /> 3. Truck loadout shall be designed so material is not exposed to the <br /> atmosphere, i .e. , totally enclosed. <br /> 4. Particulate emissions shall not exceed 0.1 lb/hr or 0.03 tons/yr. This <br /> emission is based upon the information (work schedule, production , etc. ) <br /> supplied by the applicant and the Air Pollution Control Division's <br /> fugitive dust emission factors valid as of September 30, 1982. <br /> 5.
