Therefore, Mid-Continent is required to post a reclamation <br /> bond prior to commencing the exploration activities. In order for the <br /> Division to determine what the appropriate bond amount should be, a <br /> reclamation cost estimate plus the following information must be submitted: <br /> 1 . The number of proposed drill holes. <br /> 2. The method proposed to be used to seal the drill holes in accordance with <br /> Rule 4.07. <br /> 3. The approximate locations of drill holes on map. <br /> 4. A discussion of topsoil salvage and replacement. <br /> 5. A discussion of the drilling methods to be employed. <br /> 6. A description of the amount of disturbance at a typical drill site. <br /> 7. A reclamation plan and revegetation seed mix for the disturbed areas. <br /> 8. A description of how drill sites will be accessed where they are located <br /> off the existing roads. <br /> 9.
