A certified report will <br /> be provided MLRD by. the inspecting engineer following each <br /> inspection. <br /> C . Non-coal refuse disposal <br /> (1) General <br /> Non coal waste will be handled and disposed <br /> in accordance with CMLRB regulations section 4 .11 . 4 Disposal of <br /> Non Coal Waste. <br /> (2) Liquid waste disposal <br /> Wastes such as grease, lubricants , and oils <br /> used in the shops will be stored initially at the Savage Brothers <br /> in the preparation plant area. Periodically, they will then be <br /> removed from the permit area and delivered to an outside contractor <br /> for refining and subsequent use. <br /> (3) Solid non-coal waste disposal <br /> Solid wastes such as paper, plastic bags, <br /> lumber and trommel rejects will be disposed of in a sanitary <br /> landfill. Abandoned mine machinery will be sold for scrap . <br />
