The Division issued a proposed decision for <br />Technical Revision No. 66 on August 3, 2012. A public notice of the proposed decision was <br />published in the Chronicle -News on September 5, 2012. This public notice initiated a ten -day <br />public comment period that parties having objections or concerns could submit their concerns to <br />the Division regarding this proposed revision. <br />No comments were received by the Division during the public comment period. The tenth day <br />following the publication of the notice was a Saturday, so at the close of business, 5:00 pm, on <br />September 17, 2012, the Division's decision became final.
