September 20, 2012 C- 1981- 044/Williams Fork Mines ZTT <br />Ponds 5 -P1, 5 -P2, 5 -P3, HR -Pla, HR -Plb, 9 -P1, 9 -1`2, 9 -P3, 9 -P4, 9 -1`5, 9 -P6, 9 -P7, 9 -P8, SH -P1, SH -P2 and 5A- <br />P 1 were all inspected. All ponds were dry with no discharge. Embankments were well vegetated and stable, <br />Culvert 34 leading into Pond 5A -P 1 has been blocked by dirt from the embankment east of the culvert and needs <br />to be cleared. <br />Drainage ditches around the facility area remains stable and established, directing all flow through a series of <br />ponds before final discharge through Pond 5 -P1. <br />Culvert 34. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />Non -coal waste pile was inspected. Recent use of the waste pile has been from the contractor hired for <br />maintenance and spraying. All debris in the waste pile appeared to be mine related but some was sitting along the <br />edge of the pit where it had been dumped and stacked.
