Attached are:
A three page list of all expenditures to date as recorded from my payment records under Mid-
Continent/Coal Basin's Forfeiture Account (Appr. 133) showing a current account balance
of$250,521.18.
A COFRS pringtout dated 02-02-99 reflecting Accounting's record of Mid-Continent's
forfeiture account balance of $250,522.55. (The difference of $1.37 is a result of
accounting rounding up on the original deposits.)
