The Colorado Department of Agriculture is pleased to offer you
financial assistance in the amount of $4,500 from the Colorado Noxious Weed Management
Fund for the purpose of implementing your proposed project, Coal Basin Mine Noxious Weed
Management Project. Your application was among 40 received this year that were evaluated by
a team of seven professionals representing a variety of interests and perspectives relating to
noxious weed management. After reviewing the applications, the evaluation team clearly
recognized that this year's pool of project proposals was exceptionally competitive. We are
pleased to include your application among those that were very favorably reviewed.
To acquire the offered funding, there are several procedures you must complete and the
Department will need additional information to process your request for assistance. To expedite
the transfer of funds, the Department would like to know when exactly you would like to receive
funding so that we can process requests in a timely and efficient manner.
