Inspections of the <br /> permit area were made on a periodic basis from June until late October 2004. No maintenance <br /> activities were conducted, as none were indicated. As an inactive mine, only one inspection was <br /> required to be performed. <br /> C. No sampling was accomplished, as little, if any, runoff occurred from the permitted area <br /> in 2004.
