Beginning at the Southwest 1/16th corner of said Section 11 , thence S. 00006' E 1310.10 feet to the West 1/16th corner of Section 11 and 14; thence N. 891,44'W. along the section line 475.0 feet to a point; thence N. 00111' W. 710.0 feet to a point; thence West 50.0 feet to a pont; thence North 602.0 feet to a point on the North line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence along said North line of the SW 1/4SW1/4 S. 891,31' E 525.0 feet, to the pont of beginning. 4. Corporate Structure Mid-Continent Resources is a bankrupt entity. By order of the federal bankruptcy court, entered April 11, 1994, which became effective July 13, 1994, a Trustee was appointed to liquidate assets of the bankrupt estate, including the real and personal property at the Coal Basin mine site. The trustee is supervised by Creditor's Representatives. 5. Standard Industrial Classification There are no industrial activities occuring at this site; none are planned. 6. Industrial Activity None. Completion of reclamation activity is anticipated in 1999. 7. Post mining operation Bond was revoked in 1993. Consequently, bond release will not occur at this site. However reclamation activities, including completion of backfill, grading and seeding, are ongoing. Post mining open'ions are under the sole control of the DMG. DMG ar;!cipates completion of reclamation in 1999.
