Box 1661 <br />Fairplay, CO 80440 <br />RE: Destiny Pit; DRMS File No. M- 2009 -056; Notice of Party Status <br />Dear Ms. Wilson, <br />On September 9, 2012, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your <br />Letter of Objection to the 110(2) Hard Rock Limited Impact Reclamation Permit application for <br />the Destiny Pit, File No. M- 2009 -056. This letter is being sent to inform you that your Letter of <br />Objection was received within the designated public comment period. Therefore, you have been <br />granted party status as defined by Rule 1.1(38.1). As such, you will be notified in writing of the <br />Division's decision to either grant or deny the above referenced application. <br />Pursuant to Rule 1.4.11, you may petition for a hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board to appeal the Division's decision. The petition must be filed within 30 days of the <br />Division's decision.
