There was no operator /representative from CAM Colorado, LLC <br />present during the inspection. Weather conditions were warm, clear and dry. Ground conditions were dry. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />The availability of records was checked at J.E. Stover & Associates office on the following day on 9/19/2012. The <br />records files are retained and updated by J.E. Stover & Associates for CAM Colorado, LLC. Please update the <br />records files with a current Insurance Certificate. The Insurance Certificate expired on 06/01/2012. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.053; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4, Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />Reed Wash before it enters the site was viewed and is shown in attached Photograph No. 1. <br />OTHER: <br />The Fruita Loadout is currently inactive. The permit was issued on March 6, 2012 but the operator has not yet <br />begun construction of any of the planned facilities. There was no activity at the site during this inspection and the <br />site remains undisturbed by the loadout operations. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />In July 2012, the Division received notification from the operator that the Fruita Loadout is in temporary cessation <br />and will likely remain in that status for a year or more. CAM Colorado, LLC has submitted the appropriate <br />information required by Rule 4.30.1(2).
