EXHIBIT B <br />Payments to Landowner(s) <br />Delta County, Colorado <br />CLOSING PAYMENT. A closing payment amount equal to $[afacre] within the identified <br />exploration area relating to the calendar year in which agreed activities occurred, within 2 <br />business days of the mutual execution of this Agreement. <br />EXPLORATION DRILLHOLE PAD PAYMENT. In place of a payment for drillhole pad <br />disturbance, Oxbow shall assist the Landowner(s) in the development of a fence line/ access road <br />along the southern boundary of this property. <br />CONSIDERATION.
