EXHIBIT B <br />Payments to Jerry L. Knight (Trustee), and Penny Knight ('Trustee) <br />Delta County Colorado <br />CLOSING PAYMENT. A closing payment amount equal to $[3lacre] within the identified <br />exploration area relating to the calendar year in which agreed activities occurred, within 2 <br />business days of the mutual execution of this Agreement. <br />EXPLORATION DRILLHOLE PAD PAYMENT. Oxbow shall pay Landowner(s) a <br />payment of $[1,000] per drillhole pad or monitoring site developed by the end of the year in <br />which that disturbance occurred. <br />CONSIDERATION.
