I'm the director of the <br />16 Colorado Inactive Mine Reclamation program, and <br />17 pursuant to the board's order of 28th October of <br />18 2010 I was appointed to be the prehearing conference <br />19 officer in the matter of the New Horizon Mine Permit <br />20 Number 6 application, Permit Number C -1981 -008. <br />21 Pursuant to that direction, we held a <br />22 prehearing conference on Wednesday, November 3, at <br />23 approximately 10 a.m. to a little past noon on that <br />24 day.
