This was an October of 1992 determination <br />that there was no prime farmland on the eastern <br />portion? <br />MR. LEWICKI: Yeah. I wouldn't call <br />it a soil survey. It was more or less a prime <br />farmland determination for that Barx soil. They do <br />have a soil survey for that area, and we have to do <br />a much more detailed soil survey for the mining <br />regulations. <br />MR.
