It's issued when the permit is first <br />issued, but then the division's findings documents <br />is actually updated at least once every five years <br />and with the permit renewals that are required, and <br />then it's also updated with a permit revision to <br />incorporate changes that have occurred with a large <br />permit revision. <br />In your board packet is a copy of the <br />findings that the division issued for PR 6, and it <br />documents that -- that document covers the process <br />that the division went through in order to be <br />satisfied with that Permit Revision 6 does meet the <br />criteria of the coal rules. <br />Now, specific to PR 6, the process <br />actually began prior to November 2009. The division <br />requested that Western Fuels submit an application <br />for a permit revision. That application was <br />received in November 2009. <br />As you can see, the chronology is <br />also in your board packet. The public notice was <br />placed in the San Miguel Basin Forum for five weeks <br />
