I'm <br />6 representing Western Fuels. I was present at the <br />7 prehearing conference. I certainly remember <br />8 everyone who wanted to be a party being given an <br />9 opportunity to do so. <br />10 I also certainly don't recall Mr. <br />11 Stover ever indicating that he would reschedule or <br />12 grant a second hearing. <br />13 In my view, I only was able to obtain <br />14 a copy of the objections that were filed on Monday <br />15 by directly contacting the division. I was not <br />16 provided a copy from Ms. Turner, and it appears to <br />17 me from my review that these are simply entirely <br />18 duplicative of the objections that have already been <br />19 made. <br />20 And it just seems to me from a <br />21 common -sense perspective, it doesn't make sense to <br />22 continue holding hearings just because another <br />23 person comes up and says, Me too. I don't think <br />24 there's anything new here for the board to <br />25 consider. <br />
