1.2.7 Re- Disturbed Reclamation Acres
The parcel identification and acres re- disturbed due to mining activities for all previously
revegetated areas will be documented here. Table 1.2 will show acres re- disturbed and
summarize the bond release status of each parcel.
During the summer of 2001 Parcel H -B -94 was re- disturbed for a dragline walk road. The re-
disturbance totaled 8.5 acres of Phase I and II bond released lands.
During the summer of 2007 Parcels A -C -866 and A -B -86 were re- disturbed at 1.6 and 4.3
acres respectively. These two parcels had received Phase III bond release. These parcels
were at the North end of Derringer pit and were removed for further mining of shallow reserves
in the area.
Also in 2007, Parcel A -A -00 was completely removed at 4.7 acres and part of Z -AB -05 was re-
disturbed at 2.6 acres for a haulroad into Flintlock pit. Neither parcel had attained any level of
bond release.
In the spring of 2008 a portion of A -13-00 was re- disturbed due to a small landslide that
destroyed a section of LOM road and Middle Z road near the ANFO silos. The area
subsequently stabilized and reclaimed below LOM road. The 3.1 acres that were disturbed
had attained Phase II bond release
Also in 2008 a small sliver of A -B -98 was re- disturbed at 0.2 acres for a power cable route
north of Flintlock pit. It had attained Phase I release.
In 2009 1.7 acres were re- disturbed for the northern edge of the East Panel Ready Line
construction. Parcels Z -AB -05 (0.3ac), Z -AB -06 (0.1 ac), Z -A -07 (0.8ac), and Z -A -08 (0.5ac).
The first three parcels had attained Phase I bond release for a total Phase I re- disturbance of
1.2 acres.
In 2011 0.9 acres of Phase I bond release was re- disturbed in Z -AB -05 to widen the F -3
Haulroad to Flintlock pit.
FVUBDN /GCR 7/12
[DRMS \11 RECtextt -0]
