introduction
Three sites remained to be inspected. Vegetation on A and B was good. A powerful electrical storm had
rolled in when we were driving to site F. The road became too wet to drive without rutting, and the lightning
was dangerous. Considering that the site was listed in 2011 as 'Access road looked good... Overall the
site just needs a little bit more time ", I thought it best to not drive to the site and risk rutting the road.
Recommend release of bond and closing the site.
Description
Site A. Looked much better than previous year. It was obvious that Lynx Royal had spent time cleaning up
and re- seeding. The cuttings were cleaned up and vegetation looked good. No additional action needed.
Site B. Looked good. No further action needed.
Site F: Not visited due to torrential rains and lightning. Everything was good in 2011 except the vegetation
needed more time.
It would not be worth the governments time to go out and visit site F again next year, on the off chance that
the reclamation vegetation is not up to par.
James Blair
Geologist
Tres Rios Field Office
Action Items
Recommend to the DRMS that the bond be released, then close out the case file.
Attachments No
Photos Yes
1 of 4
pECE E
SEP 0 6 2012
DURANGO FIELD OFFICE
DIVISION OF RECLAMATION,
MINING AND SAFETY
Solid Minerals Inspection Report
Bureau of Land Management
'
Tres Rios Field Office
29211 Hwy 184
Dolores, CO 81323
T pe of Operation
3809 Notice Level Drilling
Project Name
Fire House East
Serial Number,
COC -74221
Company /Org.
Lynx- Royal
Inspection Date
August 09, 2012
Others Present
Ryan Weidertd
Inspection Time
4:15
Inspected By
James Blair
Report Date
August 28, 2012
Legal
T42N, R 14W, Sec 12
introduction
Three sites remained to be inspected.
