<br />On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL), and per DRMS request, enclosed is an application for a
<br />technical revision to incorporate the as -built configuration and volume for gob pile #4 into the permit.
<br />An aerial survey of the area was conducted at the end of May 2012, and the requested information was
<br />generated based on that survey.
<br />SurvCADD 2011 calculated the as -built volume of gob pile #4 to be 500,000 CY. The as -built topography
<br />and drainage configuration are shown on the included maps. There were minor revisions made to the
<br />sedimentation control plan for ponds D and F.
<br />An updated stability analysis has been provided by Buckhorn Geotech and is included for review. Text in
<br />Volume IX has been revised as necessary to reflect the as -built configuration of gob pile #4.
<br />The following revised permit pages and maps are enclosed.
