<br />placation for a technical revision to
<br />the Division of Reclamation, Mining
<br />and Safety for Its Frulta Loadout, min
<br />ing permit No. C-2011-088. The pro•
<br />posed revision will temporarily sus•
<br />pend the water monitoring
<br />requirement atthe loadout and up
<br />date the address of the applicant.
<br />Water monitoring will be reinitiated as
<br />soon as a decision Is made to con
<br />struct the loadout.
<br />The spur track and loadout are lo
<br />cated south of State Highway 6 8, 50,
<br />north of Interstate 70 and west of the
<br />old Fruits Refinery. The City of Fruita
<br />lies approximately 3.0 miles east of
<br />the proposed spur track and loadout.
<br />Reed Wash runs through the central
<br />portion of the proposed perhilt
<br />boundary. Loma Drain runs through
<br />the western edge of the permit
<br />boundary. The proposed mine permit
<br />area is located on the U.S. Geologl
<br />cal Survey 7.5 minute Mack Quad
<br />rangle map within the following sec
<br />tions.

<br />The proposed Fruita Loadout permit
<br />boundary contains 215.6 acres of land
<br />that is all located on private surface.

<br />acres, the Union Pacific Railroad
<br />owns 5.3 acres sad bulls Develop
<br />ment LLC owns 2.0 sores. The min•
<br />erals within the proposed permit area
<br />are owned by the respective private
<br />surface owners.

<br />uninterruptedly published therein, during a period of at least
<br />fifty-two consecutive weeks next prior to the first publication
<br />of the annexed notice; that said newspaper is a newspaper within the
<br />meaning of the act of the general Assembly of the State of Colorado,
<br />entitled "An Act to regulate the printing of legal notices and
