No <br />further extraction activity has been conducted at the site as mining was completed during the permit year <br />ended August 28, 2011. The aggregate processing plant, located in the northwestern portion of the site <br />and associated supplies and equipment located west of the central reservoir are in the process of being <br />removed from the site. Processed material stockpiles remain within the northwest area of the project <br />while sales and the reclamation phase of mining activity continue. <br />Sloping of all phases of mining has been completed, and grading of the floors of the south and central <br />reservoir cells has been completed. Approximately 43 acres of upland areas /slopes around the south <br />reservoir were seeded in November, 201 1. Reclamation activity projected for the current permit year <br />includes seeding around the central reservoir, grading of the plant site area and additional backfilling and <br />grading in and around the north pond area. <br />Leak tests for the slurry wall that was constructed in 2007 have been conducted by TetraTech. The south <br />cell reservoir lining was approved by the Colorado Division of Water Resources on August 19, 2010 and <br />the central cell reservoir lining was approved by that agency on June 9, 2011.
