Exhibit B <br />Operating Plan <br />Gold Hill Minerals, Inc. <br />Operation <br />The catchment shall not have additional excavation (not including remediation). <br />The catchment shall not be deeper than 2 feet. <br />The catchment shall be lined to prevent loss of fluids. <br />The catchment shall be monitored so as to avoid overflowing. <br />The catchment is designed to catch drilling fluids from drilling operations on adjacent private property. <br />The drilling fluids may consist of water, bentonite, poly plus and /or poly swell <br />Remediation <br />The liner and any captured sediment shall be removed and properly disposed of prior to winter snowfall. <br />Any bentonite remaining under the lining shall be removed to the satisfaction of the Forest Service prior <br />to winter snowfall. <br />In the event of overflow, Gold Hill Minerals will be responsible for full remediation. <br />
