The Sara Rose site is located on U.S. Forest Service land in Park County, Colorado. <br />Mr. Lawrence owned a mining claim which granted him the legal right mine the site. <br />The mining claim for this site, CMC 256219, has since been transferred from Mr. Lawrence to <br />Mr. Michael J. Bergmann. In addition, on August 28, 2012 the Division issued a NOI to Mr. <br />Bergmann for the Sara Rose site. Therefore, the original NOI is eligible to be released from <br />further reclamation responsibility. <br />In order to terminate Mr. Lawrence's NOI and return the financial warranty of $2,000.00, the <br />Division must receive a written request for release of reclamation responsibility. The request <br />must be sent via certified mail and shall contain the following information: <br />COLORADO <br />D I V I S I O N O F <br />RECLAMATION <br />MINING <br />- &- <br />SAFETY <br />John W.
