Results from the <br /> acid-base analyses of the composite waste-rock core samples shall <br /> be evaluated to determine the waste-rock pile's acid or toxic <br /> forming potential and demonstrate that this material will comply <br /> with the following performance standards: <br /> a) C.R.S. 34-22-116(1 )(d) <br /> Acid-forming or toxic-producing material that has been mined <br /> shall be handled in a manner that will protect the drainage <br /> system from pollution* <br /> b) C.R.S. 34-32-116( 1 )(g) <br /> .
