Hello Ron,
Please find the Division's report attached for the New Elk Mine inspection I conducted on August 23, 2012. 1 have been
in contact with Bill Velarde of Colorado Park and Wildlife regarding the mowing of the Upland Wildlife Reference Area,
and Todd Ausbun of CDOT regarding the additional disturbance at the north entrance to the RDA road. At this time,
both the other state agencies do not seem to have concerns about either disturbance.
