EXHIBIT C <br />GEORGE ANSLEY PIT <br />M -1978- 078 -SG <br />PRE - MINING AND MINING PLAN MAPS OF AFFECTED LANDS <br />(a) No buildings, oil or gas wells and lines communication lines are located on <br />the area of the affected land but a communication line owned by George <br />Ansley is within 200 feet of the pit boundary. <br />(b) For the topography of the affected lands see the map with Exhibit B from the <br />Geological Survey. <br />(c) The total area of the affected land is 19.77 acres (see the Pre - mining Map,) <br />the area previously mined is approximately 7.68 acres (total affected area is <br />9.39 acres): the mined area of the conversion will be approximately 14.38 <br />acres. <br />(e) The present vegetation in the affected lands consists mainly of native grasses <br />and miscellaneous forbs; see the attached letter from the Natural Resources <br />Conservation Services in Exhibit J. <br />(g) The only man made structures within 200 feet of the affected area will be <br />the barbed wire fence on the west, north and east side of the affected area <br />and the privately owned telephone line to the west of the area. George <br />Ansley owns all these man made structures. <br />3 <br />
