Orvie Zimmerman
Blue Jet Mining INC.
P.O. 181
Craig Co. 81626
Blue Jet Mine, Permit M- 1978 -135 HR, Annual report
August 20, 2012
#3. Even when most of the reclamation has been completed, the
site still contains gold and a heavy mineral suit rich in
monazite and other minerals and metals. There for the site
may be reopened for production og gold and rare earth metals
and minerals.
#4. On June 9, 2012, app. 2500 pounds of sample was taken from
the cleaning of the race area. I have to do maintenance on
race to maintain the water storage pond.
#7 There has not been any major excavations on the site other
than sampling and cleaning the race.
#10 The amount of acres to be affected in the next report year
depends on the economy and the contacts with other mining
companies I have contacted. I have been following the
information that U.S. Rep. Mike Coffman is providing. The
Ironsprings Divide which is around 30 miles wide by 40 miles
long contains contains one of the largest deposits of the
heavy rare earth metals. The Blue Jet Claims are a very
small part of this area.
#13 I have been working with Gary Brannon, who is in charge of
the Moffat County pest control. Mr. Gary Brannon office is
in the same building as the Colorado State University
Cooperative Extension. I aquired the information and the
proper way to treat the two weeds on the permit site from
Mr. Gary Branon. I also aquired the chemicals to treet the
scotch thistle and canadain thistle.
Thank You
Orvie Zimmerman
