There were <br />no new disturbances during the year. Very limited activity on the site is expected in the current permit <br />year and no new disturbances are expected. No additional reclamation activity was progressed, however <br />monitoring and management for weeds in previously seeded areas is ongoing. <br />Groundwater monitoring wells installed in accordance with the Groundwater Management Plan on file <br />with the Division for this operation are measured monthly, and copies of the data collected from July <br />2011 through June, 2012 are enclosed. Also enclosed is a copy of the signed Affidavit, as submitted in <br />2007, regarding compliance with mining setbacks from the Cache La Poudre River.
