_ 4` CQA ACTIVITIES: SUMMARY: The CQA activities performed consisted of observing, documenting and recording the construction activities of the contractor. AMEC observed stripping, hauling, and stockpiling of topsoil from within the Mill Site Earthworks project. AMEC observed subgrade preparation within the Mill Site Earthworks project prior to structural fill placement. Subgrade temperatures were monitored prior to any fill placement. AMEC observed excavation and placement of structural fill within the Mill Site Earthworks project. Ambient, existing, and placed fill temperatures were monitored throughout the week. AMEC observed cleaning out of UG #4001. AMEC observed investigation and remediation of UG#4002. AMEC observed investigation and remediation of UG #4003. AMEC observed relocation of the Dump 4 SLF stockpile. Testing Summary Laboratory testing continued (Particle Size Distribution, Atterberg Limits, Moisture - Density Relations, Specific Gravity, Permeability, and Point Load testing) for sampled materials.
