ROCK ExpIorrR
1620 Central Ave NE, Suite 112
Minneapolis, MN 55413
info @bigrockexploration.com
August 27, 2012
Dear Mr. Cunningham
Michael Cunningham
Division of Reclamation Mining & Safety
1313 Sherman St., Rm. 215
Denver, CO 80203
RECEIVED
'AUG 27 2012
Division 0 r
RE: Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Application; Sara Rose; File No. P- 2012 -016;
Notice of Deficiencies; Deficiencies Addressed
On August 24, 2012, Red Rock Exploration, LLC (RRE) received a Notice of Deficiencies on the
Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Application for the Sara Rose site, File No. P- 2012 -016.
The following addresses the deficiencies illustrated in the previously described memo.
1. RRE will provide the requested information at a later date, as plans have not been finalized
for the exact location, surface area, volume of waste rock etc...
2. There are two (2) pre- existing adits and portals on the mining claims; the lower and upper
portals. The lower portal will be used for prospecting and the upper portal will not at this
time.
3. The portal entrances are roughly 4' x 6' (feet) and will be sealed shut with locking steel
grate barriers and covered with approximately 20 tons of waste rock subsequent to
exploration /mining.
4. A gate is installed at the access road entrance with no trespassing signs to discourage
unwarranted entry. The upper portal will be gated and remain covered with waste rock. The
lower portal is safeguarded with a tri- locked steel gate during prospecting operations
allowing no unwarranted entry.
5. The existing lower portal will be built out approximately 30 feet from its existing terminus
to assure proper safety measures and will be reclaimed to present conditions subsequent to
prospecting. There are no current plans for expansion of the upper portal.
