The small stream ,to the south of Tailings Pond No. <br /> 3 is ephemeral , flowing only in response to rainfall and for a brief <br /> period of snowmelt. Samples were collected from Cement Creek <br /> stations throughout the year covering a range in discharge of 0 . 3 cfs <br /> -10- <br />
