We would like confirmation that no State Reclamation Permit is
needed for this project. We have included the answers to the questions requested:
1. The above referenced project is located in the City of Centennial in Sections 29 and 32;
Township 5 South; Range 66 West; Arapahoe County.
Directions — I -25 to Arapahoe Road, go east to Jordan Road, go south to Bronco
Parkway, and east to Cherry Creek. The project site is along Cherry Creek to the north
and south of Broncos Parkway (see enclosed map).
2. This site is publicly owned by Arapahoe County Open Space.
3. Sandy loam, loam, and sandy alluvium will be extracted in or adjacent to Cherry Creek
(see Figure I -A).
4. The on -site extracted material will be used for fill to achieve the grades needed for the
channel and park.
6. The material hauled offsite becomes the property of the contractor doing the project to
legally dispose of, use, or sell. The final use of the material is not known.
7. The project will disturb 32.4 acres.
8. The project will excavate 0 -10' depth.
9. 60,500 cubic yards will be excavated.
DCM\Rich Borchardt \Cherry Crk @ Eco — Div of Recl
Wor" witivyou, siKce 1969
