Sunnyside Mine, Permit No. M-77-378.
Dear Mr. Perino:
On 10/15/98, DMG received the description of "B List" Consent Decree projects, portions
of which represent minor changes to the permit and were therefore submitted under TR-
21 . TR-21 is limited to portions of the plans which are located within the permit boundary
and addressed by the Act and Rules, and therefore within DMG's jurisdiction. TR-21 was
found complete for the purposes of filing on 10/15/98. Pursuant to Rule 1 .9.1 , DMG
decision date was set for 11/16/98.
On 10/28/98, DMG approved TR-21 . DMG approval of TR-21 does not apply to portions
of the plans which are not located within DMG permit boundary and/or not within DMG
jurisdiction.
