Condition No. 3 of Amendment No.-3 <br /> approval states that: <br /> "Sunnyside Gold Corporation has committed to conduct acid-base analyses <br /> of waste-rock core samples collected from the proposed Washington and <br /> Sunnyside open-pit locations. Results from the acid-base analyses of <br /> the composite waste-rock core samples shall be evaluated to determine <br /> the waste-rock pile' s acid or toxic forming potential and demonstrate <br /> that this material will comply with the following performance standards: <br /> a) C.R.S. 34-32-116(1 )(d) <br /> Acid-forming or toxic-producing material that has been mined shall <br /> be handled in a manner that will protect the drainage system from <br /> pollution; <br /> b) C.R.S. 34-32-116(1 )(g) <br /> . . .
