Larry Perino
Sunnyside Gold Corp. -it
P O Box 177
Silverton, CO 81433
Dear Larry,
Pursuant to our telephone conservation of this morning, I am
>'sponding by letter to your questions.
It is my understanding that Sunnyside Gold Corporation is
working with the Colorado Dept . of Health on two projects, one
in the Cement Creek drainage and one in the Eureka Creek
drainage . Both projects will require the non-consumptive use
of water from the Animas River drainage.
The Animas River system is under-appropriated and water is
available for use. We have no objection to diverting water
for these projects.
If you have further questions or if I can be of further
sevice, plese let me know.
Si e 1y,
Dave Nelson
Water Commissioner
District 30
