The <br />Division also received a $2,000.00 bond for the Sunrise Lode financial warranty. On August 15, <br />2012, the Division approved your NOI application. <br />On August 14, 2012, the Division sent you a letter requesting financial information necessary to <br />process the financial warranty we received for the Sunrise Lode. After the Division receives this <br />financial information, you are approved to commence prospecting on the Sunrise Lode site. <br />Please note in accordance with Rule 5.6, an Annual Report and associated fee of $86.00 per site <br />must be submitted on your notice of approval anniversary date for each year following the filing of <br />an NOI until reclamation responsibility release is granted by the Division. In addition, Rule 5.3.4 <br />requires the prospector to notify the Division upon completion of prospecting operations.
