<br />Alpine Aggregates LLC; 1878 13th St., Steamboat
<br />Springs, CO 60487, 970-879 -8686, has filed an ap-
<br />plication for a Regular (112) Construction Materials
<br />Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado
<br />Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of
<br />the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extrac-
<br />tion of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is
<br />known as the Steamboat Sand and Gravel Pit, and is
<br />located at or near Section 21, Township 5N, Range
<br />84W, 6th Prime Meridian.
<br />The proposed date of commencement is September,
<br />2012, and the proposed date of completion is Sep-
<br />tember, 2030. The proposed future use of the land is
<br />pastureland. Additional inlormaton and tentative de-
