Applicant has referenced the pending modification Federal mining lease(s) and /or <br />Federal Surface access agreement(s) COC -72980 in this application as a document upon which <br />they base their legal right to enter. Please verify that the lease(s) and /or agreement(s) has /have been <br />issued or are pending and that final BLM/federal agency lease /agreement approval has been <br />granted. If the lease /agreement application is pending, please notify the Division as to the status of <br />the lease /agreement review and when a decision is anticipated. Verification of Federal leases and /or <br />federal surface access agreements should be sent to me at the address listed above. <br />A copy of the revision application is available for public inspection at the Routt County Clerk and <br />Recorder, 136 6th Street, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477, and at the Division office.
