On August 27, 2010, the Division sent a <br />letter notifying you that the application was incomplete. <br />The 60 -day deadline provided by Hard Rock Rule 5.1.3(c) has passed and the Division has not <br />received the required information to complete the application. Therefore, pursuant to Hard Rock <br />Rule 5.1.3(c), the Division has terminated the NOI file for the Mineral Hill/Buckeye Claim site. <br />Any appeal of an Office determination shall follow the procedures set forth in Hard Rock Rule <br />1.4.11. <br />If you have any questions, you may contact me at (303)866 -8567 x8169. <br />Sincerely, <br />Ti y A.
