The temporary cessation is expected to last more <br />than 30 days. The DRMS will be provided the information required by rule <br />4.30.1(2) if the temporary cessation extends beyond ninety days. <br />NECC is in the process of moving all permits and records to the mine office. This is <br />expected to be fully completed before the end of August. The DRMS permits for <br />New Elk, Lorencito, and Golden Eagle are now located in my office, second floor of <br />the brick "Industrial Building ". Contact information: <br />122 W.
