Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Rio Blanco County, Piceance Pit, 112 Permit No. M- 2001 -077, Conversion Application, Approval, CN- <br />01. <br />Dear Mr. Joy: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed the review process for the above <br />referenced amendment application and determined that Rio Blanco County has met the requirements for <br />a 112c conversion under the Rules and Act.
